It is hard to believe, but spring is right around the corner, and it is time once again for No Cook Tuesdays!  Our first event of 2023 will be Tuesday, March 7th from 4pm to 7pm.  As always, food trucks will be at the Bethel Park Community Center (5151 Park Ave) from 4pm-7pm.  So come grab dinner for the family – no cooking, no cleanup, just delicious meals from your favorite trucks!

This week’s lineup includes Hibachi Lou, Revival Chili, and Bull River Taco Truck.  Hibachi Lou is serving up some of your Japanese favorites – Teriyaki chicken, hibachi shrimp, filet mignon, fried rice, lo mein, and mixed veggies.  Revival Chili’s menu includes three different types of chili (including a veggie/vegan option), which can be served as a bowl, over nachos, hot dogs, burgers, or in a burrito.  Bull River offers tacos – pork, beef, chicken, spicy beef, and veggie – along with chips and salsa or a taco combo.

We are also pleased to bring in some new vendors so you can shop while you eat! Evelyn’s Farm is a new flower farm in Eighty Four, PA.  They will be at No Cook Tuesdays with fresh flowers, flower vases, eggs, egg baskets, and quilts for sale.  Wild River Kettle Korn, a farmers’ market favorite, will also be joining us in later weeks.
